How to be involved: | Communication!!! We would love to hear more from you! And we would love for you to come and visit with us. We still feel we are a part of the Outreach Center body, although we are on another continent. You are our home church and we miss you greatly. Please do not feel that we are out of sight, out of mind. As far as personal requests, Trevor is always asking for more wisdom. The scope of his job is much more broad than an ordinary superintendent/principal. He keeps the school running, supervising our 19 national staff as bus drivers, gardeners, cleaners, and mechanics. He meets regularly with a parent board, as well as a lawyer who advises in legal matters such as the school's tax status, the work permits of the non-Kenyans, and the hiring and firing of staff. He works with our full-time accountant to ensure students have paid their tuition and that the books are balancing. He squeezes in time to meet with teaching staff, handle disciplinary matters, and create school policies. And believe it or not, he has to handle interpersonal disputes and misunderstandings among national and missionary staff. So please pray for him! (I asked him just now if this job description was adequate, and he said, "I don't know what I do." Ha!.

Association with Outreach: | Trevor attended some with his parents while they were all at JBU in 91 I think. I started coming as a freshman in 92. When we started dating, Trevor converted from Siloam Bible.J We were involved in our first cell group before we were married.

Home Town: | Siloam Springs is definitely our home town, although Roberta has many relatives in Indiana.
