Description of Ministry:

Have been with Operation Mobilization in San Jose, Costa Rica since Aug 2000.  Spent 15 years in Mexico with OM before that.  Darrel is serving as Central America director and overseeing OM leaders, teams, programs, etc in Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama and Costa Rica.

He is involved in pastoral care, developing of new programs and outreaches in Central America, administration, recruiting, and sending of Central American missionaries to other countries, building a team and central office in San Jose for OM.  Representing the Central America before the OM international body of leaders.

How to be involved:

1.  Youth, young adult groups come to Central America for annual Easter outreaches (1 week).  Easter 2005 to be in El Salvador.

2.  Church involvement in financial projects with mercy ministry among poor Nicaraguan squatter towns.

3.  Those who can travel to Costa Rica for training seminars on topics of leadership, deeper life, relationships can contact Darrell to dialog on ideas.

4.  Personally commit to support the Grasmans.

Association with Outreach:

Became involved with Outreach Center when it was located in Azusa, CA in 1969.
