By God's grace we desire:

• To be a praying people who are seeking the revival of Christians and a harvest of souls in Northwest Arkansas and throughout the earth.
• To see believers equipped and nurtured for their ministry of building up the Body of Christ and evangelizing the unsaved through a Home-based Church in Siloam Springs.
• To be active in missionary enterprises, to motivate, educate and support missions, and to plant churches in other countries.
• To multiply congregations across Northwest Arkansas, directly through Outreach Center or through encouraging and networking with pastors and other leaders who share a similar vision.
